Organogram:

NM is a non-profitable, non-government development organization registered as an NGO. NM is governed by the written constitution which is the principal guidebook for the organization that is approved by the Directorate of Social Service, the registration authority. The organization has a general body consisting of 33 general members who elect an 11-members executive committee. The member-secretary is the chief executive of the organization designated as the Executive Director, who is reportable to NM' Executive Committee for achieving organization goals. The Executive Committee (EC) is the highest policy-making body to provide strategic directions and guidance to its chief executive to run the organization. EC of NM approves 5-year strategic plan under which policies and procedures are determined yearly. NM generally makes a global strategic plan for all the activities.

Executive Committee (EC) comprised of qualified personnel's from diversified academic background and profession ranging from business, voluntary social development works, teaching, advocate ship etc. including four females. The role of the EC is to develop all program activities and grants management, promote organizational development and ensure meeting goal and objective of program. The members of the executive committee are elected in a democratic process every 3 years with mandate of members of general body. Annual General Meeting (AGM) held every year. There is an approved Organogram of NM that shows the relations and line of authority for program and organizational management as well.
